The positions are based on commissions. Meaning, you receive a predetermined amount from the total amount of sales for each order processed. Naturally, the more sales you generate, the more commission you earn. We also have incentive programs and bonuses for all of our independent, sales associates.

Independent Sales Associate

As an independent, sales associate, you determine your hours, commissions, and skill sets. All aspects of how you generate the sales are limited only by your creativity. It is important to us that our independent, sales associates are eager and excited to work for us. This will allow for maximum sales generation and incorporate a win-win scenario. The most rewarding part of being an independent, sales associate is that you see your commission immediately. In turn, this will build a strong and lasting relationship between us and our independent, sales associates. I repeat, once you have generated sales, you keep your commission and then place your customer's order with us. You pay a discounted rate for your customer's items. What remains is yours to keep. It is that simple.

Here is an example;
Imagine selling a Lushly Padded Foot Stool for the retail price to your customer. You pay wholesale price, which is site price minus your discounted rate, plus shipping and handling. You pay for your order. The order is shipped to the address that you designated during checkout and you keep the profit for yourself. You don't even have to worry about the high volumes of stock.

Wholesale Items

Wholesale items are the foundation for developing high sale volumes and maximizing your commissions. We will worry about the high volumes of inventory, we will worry about processing your orders, and we will worry about shipping your items. All you have to do is make the sale, pay for the order, keeping your commission, and we will send you your customer's items to you. If all items on an order are to the same customer, we will happily dropship the items directly to the address you provide in the shipping address field. This is your chance to leap into the profitable world of sales.

Catalog Featuring Retail Prices

All catalogs feature retail prices. The prices listed in our catalogs are at retail for your convenience. The catalog price is not the price that you pay, you do not pay website price either, our sales associates pay a reduced price on all products.

Sales Materials

All sales materials are available for purchase through our online cart. You can view a list of our assorted catalogs and sales materials by clicking here. These items allow you the opportunity and flexibility to maximize your commissions. You can increase your earning potential by presenting these items to your client database.

Default Carrier

Our company uses UPS as a default carrier, a legitimate street address (verifiable by UPS) must be provided. Post Office Boxes are not acceptable. UPS must be able to ship to your residential address, no exceptions. We ship only to the Continental U.S. (48 States).

Submitting Orders

You can place your orders online and take advantage of increasing commissions. Yes, each item that we list online qualifies for a reduction in price. The reduction is the difference between site price and retail price (catalog price). This reduction has already been placed in effect when the items are listed online. In addition, anyone that becomes an independent, sales associate will qualify for a percentage discount. All sales associates see their discount during the checkout process.

Discount Pricing

All of our independent, sales associates are approved for discount pricing. This will allow independent, sales assoicates to purchase our products through the website without having to be inconvenienced with seperate prices, seperate logins, or any seperate details.
